With a low-cushion construction and zero-drop design, the Solstice XT 3 will help you feel stable and firmly planted on the ground as you lift, squat, walk, and so much more. The shoe features an A-frame panel, offering extra stability and support throughout lateral movements or plyometric exercises. And while there’s minimal cushioning in the midsole, the padded heel collar adds some extra comfort and cushioning around the foot.
