Back for another round, the Altra Experience Flow 2 returns with an all-new midsole foam and upper design to give you tons of comfortably smooth miles

An Updated Trainer For Efficient and Smooth Miles

Take on new heights in the Altra Experience Flow 2, a second-generation trainer that features several big upgrades. First and foremost, we’re looking at a brand new midsole, the comfortable and lightweight Altra EGO P35 foam. This new foam focuses on three things: performance, efficiency, and comfort. Beyond the foam itself is the updated rocker-shaped geometry of the midsole, encouraging efficient and smooth heel-to-toe transitions.

The next update in the Experience Flow 2 is the redesigned upper, made with an engineered mesh to improve breathability. Lace them up for yourself and you’ll notice the updated heel collar, designed to create a more pleasant fit around the heel and ankle. Finally, the Standard FootShape fit you’ve come to love from Altra remains present, granting your toes plenty of space to spread naturally.
